Skin regeneration
Skin regeneration treatments at Dr Munroe Clinic include Profhilo, polynucleotides (Plinest), Celora Vita, Teoxane babyGLOW and exosomes (Purasomes) following microneedling. They work within the skin rather than on the shape of the face. They focus on skin quality, hydration, texture and resilience, and none of them adds volume. Each is given as a course rather than a single treatment, and they are often combined for optimal results.

who it's for.
Skin regeneration may suit skin that looks dull or dehydrated, or has lost its bounce. It may also suit fine lines at rest and crepiness, including under the eyes, and uneven texture, enlarged pores and acne scarring. The treatments can be used on the neck, décolletage and hands as well as the face.
Where the concern is loss of firmness or support across the face, collagen biostimulation is usually more appropriate, and a hollow or lost contour may suit hyaluronic acid filler.
how they combine.
Profhilo and polynucleotides are often given within the same plan, combining hydration and repair. Microneedling with exosomes may suit the face, neck and décolletage where texture is the main concern, and is usually spaced between injectable treatments. The order and intervals are set at consultation, with a review before anything further is added.
Polynucleotides are derived from salmon DNA, so please mention any fish allergy at consultation; it is not necessarily a reason not to treat. Exosomes are always applied to the skin after microneedling and are never injected.
