Dr Tiffany Munroe

With nearly fifteen years in medicine and almost a decade in aesthetic practice, Dr Tiffany Munroe combines a background in ENT and head & neck surgery with a detailed understanding of facial anatomy and skin longevity.

Her approach is considered and highly individual, looking at the face as a whole and combining treatments where appropriate to improve skin quality, restore balance and achieve natural-looking results. She offers treatments for the face, neck, hands and scalp from a discreet treatment room on the King's Road, Chelsea.

training.

Dr Munroe completed her medical training at Imperial College London, with a BSc in Haematology and an MSc in Surgical Innovation. She is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and trained in both plastic surgery and ENT head and neck surgery, and many of the techniques from her NHS practice carry directly into the clinic: the same anatomy, the same instruments, the same care around the structures of the face and neck.

She began aesthetic training in 2017 and has continued it through masterclasses and one-to-one training with leading practitioners, including training with the official UK trainer for Profhilo and the UK's only official advanced training in Mastelli's polynucleotides.

how she works.

Every consultation begins with the question of what, if anything, is worth doing. Dr Munroe explains the options, including those not offered at the clinic, and builds a plan that is often a combination: anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin regeneration treatments, collagen biostimulation and guidance on what to do at home between appointments. Plans are long-term rather than one-off, and are reviewed as they progress.

Hair loss, and the hands, neck and décolletage, are part of the same conversation. They are often overlooked, and the treatments used at the clinic are well suited to them.

referrals and limits.

Where another specialist is the right choice, we can refer you onwards. Where the right answer is to do nothing for now, that is what you will be told. The clinic focuses on injectable and skin treatments and does not offer surgery, lasers or energy-based devices.

a personal note.

Having gone through her own post-partum skin and appearance changes, Dr Munroe knows what it is to want to look like yourself again. That experience shapes how she consults.

products.

The clinic uses Teoxane RHA fillers, Profhilo, Plinest and Newest polynucleotides by Mastelli supplied through DermaFocus, Purasomes exosomes applied to the skin after microneedling, and the collagen biostimulators Sculptra and Juläine.
