Teoxane babyGLOW

Also called: babyGLOW, Redensity 1 skin booster, Teoxane skin booster.

Teoxane babyGLOW at Dr Munroe Clinic is a skin-quality treatment using Teosyal Redensity 1, a non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid combined with amino acids, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. It is placed using a standardised eight-point injection technique just beneath the skin, designed to spread evenly and avoid the areas of the face where injecting carries more risk. It may suit skin that looks dull or dehydrated, and gives a visible glow soon after treatment, with improvement building over a course.

what it treats.

Redensity 1 is a hydrating skin booster from Teoxane, the maker of the RHA fillers used at the clinic. The babyGLOW technique, presented internationally in 2026, places it at eight anatomically defined points in the layer immediately beneath the skin, where its fluid consistency lets it spread evenly across the face. It may suit dullness, dehydration, fine lines linked to dryness and uneven texture, and is often chosen by people who want improved skin quality without any change to their features.

what it doesn't treat.

babyGLOW works on the surface quality of the skin, so it will not add volume, improve deeper loss of support or relax expression lines.

the assessment.

The eight injection points are chosen for anatomy, placed where product spreads well and away from the larger blood vessels, which is what makes the technique predictable. The assessment considers whether the concern is skin quality at all, or whether volume loss or laxity is contributing to how the skin looks, and whether babyGLOW, Profhilo or Celora Vita suits the skin best.

what happens on the day.

Following consultation, the risks and side effects are explained, consent alongside your medical history is taken and photographs are taken for the clinical record. Numbing cream is applied, and the eight injections take only a few minutes.

recovery.

Small bumps at the injection points usually settle within a few hours. Some people bruise and others do not, and this cannot be predicted in advance. Avoid make-up on the area for the rest of the day, and strenuous exercise, saunas and heat for 24 hours. There is minimal downtime and most people return straight to their day.

results.

Many people notice a glow and improved hydration within one to two weeks. Improvement in texture and elasticity builds over a course, and the number of sessions and the interval are set at consultation according to the skin.

who it isn't for.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where there is active skin infection at the site. Previous reaction to a hyaluronic acid product is discussed individually.

common questions.

babyGLOW or Profhilo?

Both are hyaluronic acid skin boosters. babyGLOW adds amino acids, antioxidants and vitamins and is designed to give an earlier visible glow, while Profhilo concentrates on hydration and firmness over two sessions. The assessment decides which suits your skin, and some plans use both.

Does it change the shape of my face?

No. It is placed just beneath the skin to improve its quality and does not add volume.
